We ship via USPS within the U.S. and through trusted local carriers across Europe.
No, estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we have no control over transit times.
Generally, orders within the U.S. arrive within a week, and orders to Europe are delivered within ten days—please note that these timeframes do not include order processing time (excludingweekends).
If you need a gift delivered by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can click the tracking number to view the most up-to-date shipping status and estimated delivery dates directly on the carrier's website.
We currently ship across the United States, with packages dispatched from our warehouses located in California or New York.
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation or update by emailing us at hello@gifthug.store as soon as possible. Additionally, you will have the option to modify or cancel your order within one hour of placing it—detailed instructions for doing so can be found in your order confirmation email.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@gifthug.store for instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Yes! All of our gift boxes are beautifully packaged and ready to gift. If you have specific wrapping requests, please contact us before placing your order.
Currently, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need to send gifts to multiple recipients, please place separate orders or contact us for assistance with bulk shipping.
Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not affect our standard order processing time of 1-3 business days.
